Since becoming a new patient at Pontefract Dental Care, I’ve recently had a complex root canal treatment performed by Sean. Throughout the procedure, Sean made me feel relaxed, pain free and comfortable. The tooth had been causing issues for a number of years and I knew it wasn’t straightforward. However, Sean took the time to explain the process and gave me the reassurance I needed. Four months on now from my successful treatment and I’m actually looking forward to further visits to this friendly practice!
I’ve never really been that bothered about changing my smile until the team at Pontefract Dental Care showed me the possibilities. After some initial chats with Sean I dealt with Claire for my Invisalign treatment. Claire was super friendly and explained every step in plenty of detail which put my mind at ease. Nothing was ever too much for them and from walking in the door to the friendly reception to leave with a perfect smile the whole thing was a great experience.
Not a big fan of the dentist (terrified) but as soon as I walked in I feel at ease, receptionists always polite. Cath is great always talks through what she is doing to put me at ease. Nice to see how everyone gets along chatting away obviously enjoying what they do. Wouldn’t go anywhere else, always receive fantastic treatment. Thank you.
